Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are returned unplayed, in original packaging, and with all inserts intact. Return of goods lies with the responsibility of the buyer unless damaged or faulty.

To initiate a return, contact us at info@vulcanis-merch.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

Domestic Shipping Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days. A tracking confirmation will be sent once your order is dispatched.

We ship internationally. Delivery times vary by destination (typically 7–21 business days). Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes levied by their country.

Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and item and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

All stated delivery times are estimates as provided by logistics partners, and cannot be taken as a guarantee. Processing and shipping times will vary based on order volume and time of year.
